This is a circle gathering of touch rituals and blessings for ourselves and each other.

You are so welcome to join this evening of grounded nourishment and heart tending, through the empowerment of touch. 

Our experience

A short meditation to help us ground into our bodies and connect to our inner landscape.

A hand and heart blessing ritual of touch moves, to deepen this connection and to nurture ourselves.

An experience of giving & receiving intuitive touch in groups to nurture and be of service to each other.

Time at the end to share our experience should we wish to.

This experience is a beautiful opportunity to cultivate safety and support for ourselves, and each other.

When we are held by many in this village like space, we give ourselves permission to let go and rest in the luminosity of our being.
