My name is Sarah, and I’ve been a Surrey-based therapist since 2003.
After leaving the big skincare brands (Clarins & Shiseido) in 2015, I moved into the corporate world seeking balance as a mother of two. But after a year without treating clients, I missed it deeply, and felt called to launch Wildflower Holistic Treatments in 2018 alongside my corporate role.

My connection with holistic wellbeing and spirituality began in 2009—at a wedding, through a chance encounter with a guest who recommended a book on self-awakening. That moment sparked subtle shifts in my life, and a growing thirst for spiritual and psychological knowledge. Over time, as I committed to personal practices that nurtured my mind, body, and soul - I gained confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of meaning. I could not have made the huge personal changes in my life without embarking on this journey.

Today, I specialise in intuitive, bespoke, and ritual-based treatments that support connection to your whole being. My focus is to guide you into deep relaxation, allowing space for natural healing to unfold. I also offer gentle guidance to help you reconnect with your true self and live in heartfelt alignment with your life. Occasionally, I host touch-focused circles and workshops that cultivate deeper connection—to ourselves and to each other.
