The 3 Centres Ritual

The 3 Centres is a bespoke ritual treatment to help induce your deepest state of relaxation.

Weaving mind stilling sound, and Indian head massage. Blending calming face, back and womb massage to ground your being. And finally, gently softening your heart and opening to your true essence with a combination of Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology and Reiki energy healing.

This treatment places a sacred reverence towards the energy centres of the head, heart and womb - sowing a seed of remembrance towards your most relaxed and truest self.

Mauli Rituals products will be used during this treatment, as they embody the importance of returning to self through ritual, and their transformative plant based formulas prioritise physical and emotional wellbeing.

A Reiki session can bring forth an opportunity to connect to your true sacred essence, an essence that is beyond the labels, judgements and personality. Reiki is a natural spiritual energy that can promote regenerative self healing within our energetic field to nurture our whole being towards peace and ease.
