Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are here to provide clarity around appointments and treatments with Wildflower Holistic Treatments. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Payment
Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once agreed or booked through the online booking system.
Depending on how your appointment is arranged, payment may be made in full at the time of online booking or following your treatment. Payments can be made securely using the payment methods offered at the time of booking or treatment.
Any additional travel charge will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Travel & Home Visits
Wildflower Holistic Treatments provides mobile treatments in clients’ homes.
Travel within a 15-mile radius of my usual operating base in the Guildford area is included in the treatment price. For appointments outside this area, an additional travel charge may apply. This will always be discussed and agreed before your appointment is confirmed.
Home-visit treatments are currently available to women only.
Cancellations & No-Shows
I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the treatment price.
If you are unavailable when I arrive for your appointment and the treatment cannot take place, 50% of the treatment price may also be charged.
Where possible, I will always approach unavoidable or exceptional circumstances with understanding and discretion.
Online Bookings & Your Right to Cancel
Where you book a treatment online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking being made.
If your appointment is due to take place within this 14-day cancellation period, by asking for the treatment to take place on that date you are expressly requesting that the service begins during your statutory cancellation period.
Once the treatment has been provided in full, your statutory right to cancel that service will end.
This statutory right is separate from Wildflower Holistic Treatments’ usual cancellation policy, including the requirement to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rearranging an appointment.
Late Starts
Please be ready for your appointment at the agreed time, allowing suitable space for the treatment equipment to be set up.
If the treatment begins late because you are not ready or available at the agreed time, the treatment may need to be shortened so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The original treatment price will still apply.
Health & Consultation Information
Your wellbeing and safety are important. Before treatment, you may be asked to complete a consultation form and provide relevant information about your health, medications, medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or any other circumstances that may affect your treatment.
Please provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and let me know if anything relevant changes before a future appointment.
In some circumstances, I may recommend adapting or postponing a treatment or obtaining advice or confirmation from an appropriate healthcare professional before proceeding.
I reserve the right to decline, postpone or modify a treatment where I reasonably believe it may not be appropriate or safe to proceed.
Holistic Treatments & Medical Care
Wildflower treatments are complementary wellbeing services intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and should not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Individual experiences and responses to holistic treatments vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Clients Under 18
Clients under the age of 18 may receive treatment with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Depending on the client’s age, the treatment and the circumstances, I may also require a parent or guardian to be present during the appointment.
Respectful & Safe Environment
Treatments are offered within a professional therapeutic setting. I reserve the right to stop or decline a treatment if I feel that appropriate professional boundaries, personal safety or mutual respect are not being maintained.
