Yes almost. Depending on the treatment you are having, I may need a stool or chair. And also, access to a plug socket for the heated blanket.

You may wish to prepare your space by thinking about aroma, noise and interruptions.

• You could burn some incense or essential oils - however I will bring my own space spray.

• You may need to remind anyone in your home to be as quiet as they can so you can switch off and drop into a state of deep relaxation.

• Ensure your mobile phone is turned off. And pets may need to be kept out of the room, but often they relax with us as attune with the energy we create.

Payment is to be made on the day of your appointment via Pay Now invoice (sent to you via email) or cash.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
