You may wish to prepare your space by thinking about aroma, noise and interruptions.

• You could burn some incense or essential oils - however I will bring my own space spray.

• You may need to remind anyone in your home to be as quiet as they can so you can switch off and drop into a state of deep relaxation.

• Ensure your mobile phone is turned off. And pets may need to be kept out of the room, but often they relax with us as attune with the energy we create.

A non refundable £10 deposit is to be made upon booking via bank transfer to secure your appointment.

Final payment is to be made on the day of your appointment via bank transfer or cash.

48 hours notice is preferred. 24 hours is needed to avoid 50% of the treatment price to be charged.
