Your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with at least 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full.
For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the treatment fee will be retained as a cancellation fee and the remaining 50% refunded.
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise, and these will always be considered with kindness and discretion.
